Email preparation fields
The contact page uses the entered name, reply email and enquiry text in the browser to prepare a mailto link. Its JavaScript does not send those entries to a server or save them in cookies or localStorage.
Choosing “Open prepared email” asks the browser to open an email application with that text. You review and send the message in the application. Your email application and provider manage that process outside these pages.
Information you communicate
Information shared by email or phone is used to respond to the enquiry, define the scope and manage work you confirm. Include only the details needed for those purposes.
Before exchanging confidential documents, the sharing method and handling conditions are agreed. Share materials you are able to provide for editing and remove personal information that is not needed.
Notice preference
Closing the notice saves “yes” under “byxgyt_notice_closed_v1” in this browser’s localStorage. It only remembers the closure and does not contain the enquiry fields. The code does not transmit this preference to a server. See the cookie policy.
Page code and hosting
Styles, scripts and icons are included in the HTML files. These pages have no external resources, analytics, advertising tags, account registration or online payment processing.
A hosting provider has not been specified. The server used may maintain technical request records or add systems according to its configuration. This information must be updated with the functions actually used and their applicable retention periods when those are established.
